摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve treating efficiency by dividing into an ozone dissolving part, through which ozone is passed in the inside of an inner cylindrical pipe and an ultraviolet irradiating part provided with an ultraviolet lamp in the outside of the inner cylindrical pipe and generating water stream circulating form the inside of the inner cylindrical pipe to the outside of the inner cylindrical pipe by the floating power of ozone gas. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet lamp 11 is turned on and waste water is supplied up to the water level of a reaction vessel 1 while being irradiated with the ultraviolet ray. Next, ozone gas is blown from an ozone gas blowing pipe 7 mounted on the center part of the bottom part 2 of the reaction vessel 1 to be introduced into an ozone dissolving part 9 in the inner cylindrical pipe 3. Then the ozone gas is brought into contact with the waste water in the inner cylindrical pipe 3 to cause dissolving action. At the same time, ozone gas in the waste water is floated to generate the water stream circulating in the vessel from the ozone dissolving part 9 to the outside ultraviolet ray irradiating part 10 by the floating power and the waste water is circulated in the vessel and mixed. As a result, the contact efficiency of the waste water with ultraviolet ray is increased and also the irradiation efficiency is improved.
