PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute the dust removal of a dust bag by the operation and stoppage of a dust collecting machine and to eliminate the clogging of the dust bag by disposing an elastic body having the elastic force weaker than the discharge force of the air generated when the dust collecting machine operates, i.e., material, such as rubber band, on the flank of the dust bag. SOLUTION: The rectangular rubber band 7 on the flank of the dust band 6 is sewn at several points to both sides in the direction where the dust bag 6 inflates so as not to be sewn to the center of the dust bag 6. The rubber band 7 is composed of the material having the elastic force weaker than the discharge force of the air generated when the dust collecting machine operates. When the dust bag 6 is expanded and is contracted by the discharge force of the air and when the dust collecting machine is stopped, the effect of forcibly shrinking the dust bag 6 by the elastic force of the rubber band 7 is obtained. Namely, the dust bag 6 is forcibly expanded and contracted at every operation and stoppage of the dust collecting machine, by which the dust bag 6 is deformed and the dust sticking to the inside surface of the dust bag 6 is peeled.
