PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cutter surely cutting clipped hair by a single operation by holding hair by both of the right and left sides of a hair cutting face. SOLUTION: The hair cutter is constructed of a main body 1, which has a blade 2 consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade 6 and a movable blade 7 in slide contact mutually and includes a driving means for the blade 2, and a pair of hair holding members 9 provided with hair holding parts 8 clipping hair to be cut by the blade 2 opposedly to each other and constructed freely openably for clipping the hair. The hair holding member 9 is provided with hair holding parts 8 on both sides of the sliding face of the blade 2.
