PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a constant liquid temperature by providing a heater having temperature control function and a check valve in the middle of a liquid supply pipe between a container containing a hair restoration medicine and an injector, which dispenses foam using compressed air. SOLUTION: A hair restoration medicine supply path is configured between a container 4 containing a hair restoration medicine and an injector 2 provided with a nozzle 13 and a foam dispensing opening 16 via a liquid supply pipe 10. On the half way of the liquid supply path, a check valve 19 opening/closing the liquid supply pipe 10, an electric heater 14 heating the hair restoration medicine, and a heater 8 having a temperature sensor 15 are provided. A temperature controller 9, which controls temperatures of the heater 8, is powered by a power supply 20 and controls voltages of the electric heater 14 using signals from the temperature sensor 15. This keeps a constant liquid temperature, so the hair restoration medicine can securely be dispensed to hair by pressing a switch 18.
