PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of a gasket caused by effects of dust, water, mud, ultraviolet rays, and heat in a fastened and fixed state of two members oppositely arranged via the gasket. SOLUTION: A gasket fitting groove 13 is formed in opposed face 12b on the cylinder head cover 12 side out of opposite faces 11b, 12b of a cylinder head 11 and the cylinder head cover 12 arranged opposed to each other. A gasket 14 for sealing the interval between the both opposed faces 11b, 12b is fittedly mounted on the gasket fitting groove 13. A cover part 15 is projectingly formed in the outside edge of the opposed face 12b of the cylinder head cover 12 and the external part of the gasket 14 is covered with the cover part 15.
