PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile product provided with a luminous reflecting material in which a coating material layer formed of a luminous coating material is firmly bonded to a textile product, the color and pattern of the textile product itself can be visually checked in an ordinary lightness, the surface of the textile product emits light rays in the dark and a luminous reflecting material, when irradiated with light rays stronger than the right rays, reflecting the stronger light rays, is arranged on the same plane of a luminous coating material layer. SOLUTION: A colorless transparent clear coating material is blended with a curing agent and a thinner to give a stock solution of coating material, which is mixed with a dispersant, a precipitation inhibitor and a luminous material to give a luminous coating material, which is applied to the surface of a textile product. In a process in which the thinner is evaporated and the coating material is dried, the particles of the luminous material 3 in the colorless transparent clear coating material 2 keep a uniformly dispersed state by the actions of the dispersant and the precipitation inhibitor. Since the colorless transparent clear coating material is permeated from the surface to the inner side of the textile product, the firmly bonded colorless transparent clear coating material 2 is formed on the surface of the textile product. Beads 4 coated with a thin aluminum layer on the hemisphere face of spherical glass are arranged on the colorless comprising clear coating material 2.
