PURPOSE: An automatic brick molding press is provided to accomplish an enhanced strength and quality of bricks susceptible to a low cost of manufacture with regard to labor. CONSTITUTION: A molding press comprises a sorter(29) for sorting stones and ocher, a conveyor(26) for conveying fine ocher and injecting the ocher into a mixer(22), the mixer having an inlet(23) and a moisture control function for brick molding, a sorter conveyor(29), the mixer, and a material input conveyor(20) being stopped by a control of a controller(9) upon completion of material supply, a two stage cylinder(12) separating a material storage compartment and a material supply compartment for supply of a suitable amount of material, a single stage cylinder(16) moving downward so as to completely discharge products from the two stage cylinder and backward to refill the material in a lower molding frame(7), the single stage cylinder being sequentially stopped to be lifted 20 to 30mm, the two stage cylinder being moved backward, a three stage cylinder(2) performing a compression with a high pressure. When the three stage cylinder moving closer to a sensor(3), the single stage cylinder is pushed upwardly and the three stage cylinder is moved upward. Subsequently, the single stage cylinder lifts the molded product and the two stage cylinder supplies materials and pushes the product through an outlet. |
