PURPOSE: A safety vest for reflecting light and a method thereof are provided to be matched well with various types of upper body of users. A safety vest for reflecting light and a method thereof are also provided to print light collected by a reflecting sheet and to make noctilucent itself on a spot without light so as to improve distinguishable visuibility and feeling of wear. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a safety vest for reflecting light comprises the steps of: printing characteristics or symbols with an ink containing light collecting paint on a sheet (1) for reflecting light; applying the sheet (1) on which the light collecting paint is printed on a white color sheet (2) and gluing to a wanted shape of metal mold with a high frequency wave; and sewing the white color sheet (2) stuck to the light reflecting sheet (1) with a cut base fabrics (3). After left and right parts (6a, 6b) of rear and front sides of the safety vest is respectively sewn, they are connected by means of a belcro tape for, stuck to the same, adjusting the respective lengths. |
