PURPOSE: A system for supplying hotel tour guides and business information is provided to supply various business information, tour information, and shopping contents to guests by equipping user terminals according to environments of the user terminals for the guests, and to manage guest information by accumulating the information in databases to introduce products, to the guests by supplying product advertisements when the user terminals are not utilized on the basis of the accumulated information. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying hotel tour guides and business information comprises local servers(LS1,LSn), a main server(MS), and user terminals(UT11-UT1m, UTn1-UTnm). The local servers configuring the user terminals and an intra net are connected with the main server to perform communication. The local servers manage the user terminals. The user terminals equipped in each room of hotels manage guest information by storing the information in databases. The main server supplies business information, tour information, and shopping information to the user terminals via the local servers. The system sets up environments of the user terminals according to nationalities, languages, OS programs(Windows95,98) and OA programs(MS Word, MS Excel) of guests.
