METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CELL LINE PRODUCING ANTIBACTERIAL PEPTIDES BY SUSPENSION CULTURE

PURPOSE: A preparation method of an anchorage dependent cell line producing antibacterial peptides is provided for increase of the viability of the cell line and for mass-production. The produced cell line shows high antibacterial activities. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of the cell line by the suspension culture comprises the steps of: inoculating the anchorage dependent cell line into a mixture of L-15 medium, TNM-FH insect medium and BME(Eagle's basal media) in a ratio of 5:4:1, 5% of FBS(fetal bovine serum), 100 micorgram/ml of streptomycin and 10 U/ml of penicillin; and suspension culturing the mixed medium with stirring at 0-100 rpm.
