PURPOSE: An internet browser for intercepting noxious internet site is provided to prevent the teenagers and children from connecting to noxious internet site which is not verified, by registering only site verified by web surfer at browser. CONSTITUTION: An internet browser for intercepting noxious internet site is composed registration and verification. The web surfer judges whether the site is noxious or not and registers the useful site at database of web browser. If the user connects to the internet site, the web browser judges whether the site is registered at database or not. The web browser is programed previously so that moves to the previous registered IP(internet protocol). The web browser allows the user to connect the registered site when the site is registered at database. The web browser allows the user to intercept the non-registered site when the site is not registered at database. The user uses to the existing web site, because the existing web browser such as Internet Explorer and Netscape explorer is granted to lock key.
