PURPOSE: An extruder having dual concentric screw is provided to allow mass production of foods having an aesthetic enhancement while arranging an additional extrusion screw inside the primary extrusion screw. CONSTITUTION: An extruder having a mold(12) at a front end of a cylinder(11) fixed to supporting bodies(24a,24b), hoppers(14,15) for inserting the material at a rear upper portion, and an extrusion screw, wherein the extrusion screw is constituted by an outer screw(17) having a blade(18b) and an inner screw(16) having a blade(18a) of which direction is opposite to that of the blade(18b), the outer screw(17) has an interior communicated to the second hopper(15), at a periphery thereof an axis insertion portion(20) blocked from the interior of the cylinder(11), and at a rear periphery thereof a driving member. The inner screw(16) is extended toward the rear portion of the second hopper(15) and connected to the driving member.
