PURPOSE: A method for mediating an Internet online suit, is provided to transparently present a proposal of a case and progress of a suit by multilateral connection between a plaintiff and legal agencies, and to decide progress ideas related the suit based on similar cases and data. CONSTITUTION: A method for mediating an Internet online suit, comprises the steps as follows. A plaintiff is registered as a member of mediators. Possibility of a suit is detected by comparison and search of similar cases by driving a search-executor for a corresponding case, and the searched result is extracted. The cases in which possibility is authenticated among the extracted data are classified and registered. The classified cases are publicized to legal agencies multilaterally through a wired/wireless data communications network, to receive ideas of the legal agencies for examining a corresponding case. And a legal agency is connected for the legal case proposed by the plaintiff for suit consultation and a commission contract.
