PURPOSE: An internet advertisement system using a position information and a method of the same are provided for significantly enhancing an advertisement effect by outputting an advertisement of a local area in which a customer is positioned when touring a certain site and implementing a customer-based target marketing. CONSTITUTION: A customer interface(11) processes a request and result of a customer in a web. A web server(12) processes a request of a customer and is connected with an advertisement server and a customer. An advertisement server(13) processes and provides an information in accordance with a request of a web server. The customer interface(11) provides an advertisement related to a customer local life information to a customer for thereby implementing an effective advertisement.
