PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation aid system which enables prevention of the possibility of electrically shocking a patient and a surgical operator. SOLUTION: An operation room 5 and a remote room 6 are connected through a public circuit 4, a remote aid operator 36 of the remote room 6 photographs a part to be incised in operation with a room camera 35 and the results are sent to the side of the operation room 5. Under the remote aid, the operator in the operation room phtotographes a patient with an endoscope camera 8 containing an endoscope to display the results as endoscope image on a first monitor 22 while the state of the operation by an operation device 9 such as electric knife is displayed. The contents of the display are sent to the side of the remote room 6 via the public circuit 4 from an image transmitter 27 through a video transformer 26 as signal insulation means from the endoscope camera 8. Then, even if a lightening hits the public circuit 4, this system enables prevention of the possibility of electrically shocking the patient 7 in the operation room and the operator while preventing damage to the endoscope camera 8 or the like. |
