PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure impedance for deciding the semen injection timing in artificial insemination by impressing voltage between plural electrodes when a pressure detecting means is pressed down for a prescribed time or more by force exceeding prescribed pressure, and detecting an impedance value between the electrodes. SOLUTION: A gripping part body 1 is gripped a bar-shaped detecting part 2 is inserted into the vagina of a mammal, electrodes 3, 3 of the tip part 2b are pressed to an intravaginal mucous membrane, and when pushing down a measurement starting switch 6, first of all, pressure P for pressing the electrodes 3, 3 to a vaginal wall is detected by a load call enclosed in the bar- shaped detecting part 2. Whether or not the detecting pressure P is not less than prescribed pressure α is judged, and when P>α is realized, a time count by a timer means is started, and when pressed down for a prescribed time or more by force exceeding the prescribed pressure α, voltage is impressed between the electrodes 3, 3, an impedance value between the electrodes is detected by a sodium ion concentration detecting means, and the semen injection timing in artificial insemination is decided from the value. |
