PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent illegal behavior at the time of discharging the medals of a pachinko slot machine by attaching a device simply on the backside of a pachinko slot machine body hardly touching the inside of the pachinko slot machine body. SOLUTION: A medal discharge monitoring device 23 is provided with a post-mounted discharge number sensor 21 which is post-mounted to the medal discharging part 3 of the pachinko slot machine body A to detect the number of the medals actually discharged, and a medal discharge monitoring control means 23 which inputs a first signal S, concerning the discharged number of the medals coming from the control part 4 of the body A and recognized by the pachinko slot machine body A and a second signal S2 concerning the number of the medals coming from the sensor 21 and discharged actually, compares the number of the medals of both of the first signal S1 and the second signal S2 when they are inputted and in the case of disagreement, outputs an error signal.
