PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary table whose position can be changed appropriately, which is highly stable because of a leg attached to it, and on which a heavy-weight article or precious article can be safely put, and to provide a chair with the same. SOLUTION: This auxiliary table 20 held on one side of a chair 10 is attached to a side of the chair 10 so that the table can be drawn out to the side by rotating it around a front leg 11 of the chair 10 as the center of rotation. The chair 10 also has a rotation support 22 for holding the auxiliary table 20 rotatable from a near-horizontal position to a near-vertical position and an auxiliary leg 23 mounted at one end of the table 20.
