PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device capable of opening and closing by the operation of the small angle of a door opening and closing lever and miniaturize a lock case. SOLUTION: The lock device has an opening and closing lever receiving member A having a rotation part 1 rotated by a door opening and closing lever 23, a link member 7 connecting the operation end 5a of a swingable swinging lever B by centering the rotation part of the opening and closing lever receiving member A and a swinging pivotal part 6 between a latch members D forming a latch head 13 on the edge of a latch shaft 12 and a part to be engaged 14 on the rear end side, a sliding member 8 slid by the swinging of the free side end 5b of a swinging lever B, and a contact part 9a abutting on the sliding member 8. A rotation center part 10 is formed, and connected through a latch operation member having an engagement part 9b in which the other end is engaged with the part to be joined 14 of a latch member D. A structure in which a door can be opened and closed by the operation of the small angle of the door opening and closing lever exits by the difference of a distance between the rotation center and the operation point and the point to be operated of the swinging lever and the latch operation member.
