摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic conductive paper transport belt excellent in tension damping property and leaving no trace of dirt or flaw by constituting the belt by use of a composition containing an alkylated and chlorosulfonated polyethylene polymer. SOLUTION: A paper processing device 2 is divided into a zero graph processing part or zero graph printing part 6, a sheet supplying part 7 and a finishing part 8, and a paper transport belt is used in the printing part 6 and the document sheet supplying part 7. The paper transport belt is molded into a belt structure by use of a composition prepared from alkylated and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (ACSM) and conductive carbon black. ACSM is produced by chlorosulfonating a low-density straight chain polyethylene so that the chlorine content is within the range of 15-45 wt.% and the sulfur content is within the range of 0.5-2.5 wt.%. According to this, an electrostatic conductive paper transport belt excellent in tension damping property and leaving no trace of dirt or flaw can be provided.
