PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolyester resin composition excellent in moldability, having high mechanical strength and such rubbery properties as impact resistance, elastic recovery and flexibility, slight in discoloration, excellent in resistance to heat aging, and with volatile gas generation suppressed to low levels. SOLUTION: This copolyester resin composition is obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of a copolyester resin produced from (a) a dicarboxylic acid component consisting mainly of (a-1) an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and (a-2) a hydrogenated dimer acid which accounts for 1-60 mol% of the total dicarboxylic acid component and (b) a diol component consisting mainly of 1,4-butanediol, with (B) a titanium compound in such amounts as to be 50-400 ppm of titanium element, (C) a tin compound in such amounts as to be 20-300 ppm of tin element, and (D) 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a hindered phenol-based antioxidant.
