PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a room temperature curing composition causing little foaming with carbon dioxide gas, having low viscosity and useful for sealant, waterproofing material, adhesive, etc., by including a polymer having a specific hydrolyzable silicon group, a specific urethane prepolymer and a curing catalyst. SOLUTION: The objective composition contains (A) a polymer having a hydrolyzable silicon group of the formula: SiXaR13-a [R1 is a 1-20C (substituted) univalent organic group; X is OH or a hydrolyzable group; (a) is 1-3] provided that the value of (a) is 3 in at least a part of the above polymer, (B) an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer produced by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate compound and (C) a curing catalyst. The amount of the terminal hydrolyzable group of the component A (the group X in the above formula) is preferably 0.01-5 mol based on 1 mol of the isocyanate group of the component B and the amount of the component C is preferably 0.01-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
