摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an Al-Mg-Si alloy excellent in press formability (bulge formability in particular). SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the Al-Mg-Si-type aluminum alloy sheet, cold rolling is performed at >=50% draft by using an intermediate material having >=45% IACS electric conductivity and also having recrystallized structure in the stage before cold rolling, and further, solution heat treatment is done under the condition of <=30 deg.C/sec average rate of heating and >=500 deg.C final solution heat treatment temperature. Moreover, it is preferable to regulate the Mg-content and Si content in the aluminum alloy sheet to 0.3-1.5 mass % and 0.3-1.5 mass %, respectively. Further, it is recommended to incorporate one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Mn, Cr, Zr, V, and Ti.
