PURPOSE: A storage container for a refrigerator is provided to keep the freshness of the food stored in a refrigeration chamber of a refrigerator for long time. CONSTITUTION: A storage container used for a refrigerator is formed of plastics. The cap of the container is composed of a double structure to contain ice as a cooling agent. The container keeps the food at low temperatures near to zero°C while preventing the food from freezing. Thereby, the food in the container is stored in an optimal state. Further, the function of the refrigeration chamber is elevated, and kimchi, meat and fish are kept fresh for long time.
