PURPOSE: A small fixed quantity liquid automatic supplying device having carburetor attached thereon is provided to provide predetermined quantity of liquid for producing metal vapor to chemical reacting room. CONSTITUTION: A fixed quantity liquid supplying device has a chemical reacting room(21) providing liquid for plasma emitting through a spouting providing pipe(23). A small fixed quantity liquid automatic supplying device having carburetor attached thereon comprises a fixed quantity liquid automatic supplier(20), a carburetor(24), a temperature controller and a heater(22). The fixed quantity liquid automatic supplier(20) automatically supplies a small quantity of liquid for plasma emitting through the spouting providing pipe(23) according to a rotating speed control of a motor. The carburetor(24) has a heater(22) for evaporating the spouted liquid by being connected to the spouting pipe of the fixed quantity liquid automatic supplier(20). The temperature controller controls the temperature of a heater(22) mounted in the carburetor(24). The heater(22) encircles all of the spouting providing pipe(23) to prevent the condensation of the liquid transferred through the spouting providing pipe(23). Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the fixed quantity liquid supplying device is diminished.
