PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a device by which emulsion oil-containing waste water is treated at a low cost without using chemicals to obtain the excellent quality of treated water. SOLUTION: Relating to the treatment device of organic waste water, a membrane separation device is provided with a membrane separation module 6, a circulation path 31 provided with a pump 2 for circulating the waste water to a primary side 7 of the separation membrane, and a liquid discharge path 33, a discharge path 32 of the membrane-passed water at the secondary side 8, and the discharge path 32 is connected to a receiving tank 12 and the receiving tank 12 is connected to an anode room 19 of a membrane electrolytic bath 17 and a cathode room 18 through a path provided with a pump 13, and treated liquid discharge ports are provided on the cathode room and the anode room, and the discharge port 35 of the anode room is connected to a path joining a coreless cartridge 24 to a floating separation tank 25, and the floating separation tank is provided with an oil component 40 discharge port on the top and a treated liquid 37 discharge port on the bottom, and a circulation path 37 is provided between the discharge port and the receiving tank 12, and a treated liquid takeout path 38 is provided on the path and is connected to an anion exchange resin tower 29. |
