PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get in and out of a driver's seat safely and quickly. SOLUTION: A front side handrail 29 and a rear side handrail 32 are provided in the font direction and the rear direction of a step 23 for getting in and out of, and the hanging down part 29C of the front side handrail 29 and the hanging down part 32D of the rear side handrail 32 are extended up to the lower side from a floor plate 27. Hereby, while gripping the hanging down part 29C of the front side handrail 29 and the hanging down part 32D of the rear side handrail 32 in an easy posture without extending the arm to the upper side of the floor plate 27, an operator can reach a driver's seat 10 safely and quickly. Even at the worst when the operator falls down from the step 23, the operator can be protected from a front side rolling roller 6 or the like, and safety can be improved.
