PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating type derricking gate with a forcedly operating device which does not deform a door body upper watertight rubber over necessity for watertightness, and when a door body bites in refuse or the like at automatic closing operation or an initial automatic standing operation is obstructed by deposited mud, etc., forcedly operate a gate remotely to remove obstruction for operation. SOLUTION: In a gate facility for preventing counter flow of river water which is installed in a lower hinge system on a sluiceway provided on a river embankment, and constituted of a floating body type derricking door body 2 operating standingly or derrickingly so as to open or close the water passing section of the sluiceway with no power and automatically according to variation of a river water level, pins 5 projecting on the waterway 1 side are provided left/right one by one on the upper position of side stoppers 3, and they are constructed to support pressure support hardware provided on the left/right of the top part of the door body at full closing the door body. Hereby, total water pressure applied to the door body 2 at full closing is supported with a both end supporting beam in which the derricking rotation journal part of the door body 2 is set as one support point, and the pin part supporting the door body top part pressure support hardware is set as the other support point in the door main body.
