PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a zinc alloy sheet free from the generation of the peeling of resin coating in the surface and back side even if being applied with deep drawing and capable of forming the outdoor equipment products of buildings, or the like. SOLUTION: In a titanium-zinc alloy sheet 1 in which both sides are subjected to chemical film treatment 3, 3 and the surfaces are respectively applied with coating 5, the surface of the coating is provided with a transparent top coat layer 8, and the top coat layers 8, 8 protect both coatings 5, and moreover, prevent the generation of peeling at the time of drawing, by which the production of the outdoor equipment products of buildings by deep drawing is made possible.
