SOLUTION: The lower part of a hopper main body 2 for storing solid matter is vertically divided into two, the main hopper 4 is disposed in a higher position and the sub-hopper 5 is disposed below the main hopper 4, and with the inlet 8 of the sub-hopper 5 communicating with outside, the outlet 6 of the main hopper 4 and the inlet 8 of the sub-hopper 5 are contiguously provided at almost the same height.
