PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning take-up machine capable of winding with providing damage to a spinning strip as less as possible when the spinning take-up device winds the yarn strip from a godet roller by thread guard. SOLUTION: This spinning take-up machine forms a package by guiding a plurality of thread strips Y from a godet roller 19 to corresponding traverse devices 16, and by winding the yarn strips Y around a bobbin attached to a bobbin holder with traversing them with the traverse devices 16. A thread shift device 24 for matching a pitch Pg of the yarn strips Y of the godet roller 19 to a pitch Pt of each traverse device 16, distance L between the thread shift device 24 and each traverse device 16 is set longer than twice of a traverse width T.
