PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture and provide a flat load-receiving pallet which is rigid and simple in structure. SOLUTION: This flat load-receiving pallet comprises a beam 11 with a U-shaped cross section formed with protrusions 11a, 11a, 11a having a required width projecting from each external surface toward an internal surface in a longitudinal direction, and a reinforcing pillar 12 to be fitted with an intersection 11c of U-shaped openings 11b, 11b when respective beams 11, 11 are assembled in a double cross so that the openings 11b, 11b face each other. Both ends of the reinforcing pillar are formed with recesses 12a, 12a to be fitted with the protrusion 11a, 11a formed on a deep surface with which both ends come into contact.
