PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of an automobile capable of preventing the occurrence of folding on a floor panel. SOLUTION: This floor structure comprises a cross member 32 having the walls 33, 34 and extending in the car width direction, and a floor panel 36 connected to the walls of the cross member. On this occasion, the floor panel 36 is downwardly directed and totally curved into the convex shape to form a curved panel extended into the curved shape to the lower ends of the walls 33, 34 of the cross member.
