PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy article packaging bag using a laminate having high nerve and excellent in impact resistance. SOLUTION: A laminate 1 comprises three or more resin layers and these three adjacent layers form a sandwich structure consisting of an outer surface layer 20, an intermediate layer 10 and an inner surface layer 30. In this case, the modulus of elasticity of the resin used in both surface layers 20, 30 holding the intermediate layer 10 therebetween is larger than that of the resin used in the intermediate layer and the elastic modulus ratio of them is 1.2 times or more and the thickness of the intermediate layer is larger than that of each of both surface layers 20, 30.
