PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bag in a bagged frozen dessert from being bitten. SOLUTION: A truncated conical-shaped pressurizing part 42 is protruded from the upper surface of a main body 40 of a piston 13, and a concave groove 44 having a tapered shape narrowed downward is formed around the joint part. When a pack B is pressed by the piston 13, the edge D of the bottom part of the pack B is allowed to escape into the concave groove 44 along the taper, and the pack B is prevented from being bitten between the piston 13 and an extraction cylinder 12. The distance from the protruded end at the pressurizing side of the piston 13 to the fitting position of a piston ring 46 is enlarged by installing the pressurizing part 42 so as to protrude from the upper surface of the main body 40, and even if the edge D of the pack B enters into the outside of the piston 13, the edge hardly reaches the position of the piston ring 46, and the piston ring 46 is prevented from being damaged and from being raised to cause the leak of brain X.
