PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float-resisting body used in a fishing using a radio-controlled boat with the objective of greatly working a force automatically in reverse direction for the float-resisting body against a force in every directions for pulling the float-resisting body toward under the water surface with a fish and preventing the sinking of the boat. SOLUTION: This float-resisting body 1 consists of a substantially thin and long float body as a whole, a front linear member-engaging means 6 attached to the float main body, a resistance-increasing body having an opening at its rear direction and attached to the float body, and a rear linear member-engaging body 8 attached to the resistance-increasing body. The float main body is made from a material so as to make the axial line of the float body becoming almost parallel to the water surface and most of the volume of the float main body being on the water surface or a hollow body so as to make the most of the volume of the float body being on the water surface, when it is floated on the water in a using state without loading a weight.
