PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabbage harvester capable of one man operating and having a floating harvesting and conveying part enabling unwanted leaves to discharge out to a farm. SOLUTION: This walking type cabbage harvester installs a vertically adjustable raking device 4 on the front end part of a machine body 2 mounting a controlling device 3 on the rear end, a conveyer carrying a pulled out raked cabbage following to the raking devices 4, a vertically adjustable cutter 7 cutting off unwanted parts of the cabbage mounted on the lower of the conveyer, an engine 14 and a running gear 15 mounted on the lower of the conveyer on the body. Pivoting the rear part of the harvesting and conveying part as vertically rotatable to the body 2, installing a coil spring 13 between the front part of the harvesting and conveying part and the body for floating, to support the part as capable of floating to the driving gear. A waste leaves selecting conveyer 17 to convey and discharge out unwanted leaves of the cabbage discharge from the end of the conveyer facing to the end of the conveyer.
