PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily adjust a seedling planter to an adjacent row correctly by a steering operation in the turning and rotating stroke of a sulky seedling planter. SOLUTION: A seedling planting apparatus 3 is raised from a body based on the rotating steer of a steering wheel and the seedling planting of the seedling planting apparatus 3 is stopped by disengaging a seedling planting clutch 4. The seedling planting apparatus 3 is lowered in a disengaged state of the seedling planting clutch 4 by returning the steering wheel to a straight advancement steer.
