PURPOSE: An advertising method using a bidirectional motion picture medium on an internet and a system of the same are provided for enhancing an electronic commerce transaction on the internet for thereby increasing a profit. CONSTITUTION: When a motion picture provided from a client group server(18) is registered to a distribution server(16) at an initial stage, a corresponding motion picture is registered to a corresponding separated advertisement(for example, 12-1) of an advertisement group(12) and is changed to a hyper-link state for thereby implementing a bi-directional data transmission. At this time, the motion picture which is displayed based on a separated advertisement is provided together with a voice information and may include various advertisement contents.
