PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite laminated sheet manufacturing method capable of reducing the generation of warpage at a time of production by a horizontal continuous method. SOLUTION: A composite laminated sheet is manufacturing by superpositing a plurality of long glass nonwoven fabrics impregnated with a thermosetting resin soln. one upon another and superposing long glass fabrics 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin soln. on both surfaces of the gloss nonwoven fabrics 1 and passing the whole through a heating furnace almost horizontally to cure the thermosetting resin soln. At this time, the uppermost glass nonwoven fabric 1 among a plurality of the glass nonwoven fabrics 1 superposed one upon another is highest in wt. per unit area and the lowermost one among them is lowest in wt. per unit area. Even if the resin becomes rich on the upper side of the composite laminated sheet by the sedimentation of the filler in the thermosetting resin soln., a plurality of the glass nonwoven fabrics 1 are laminated so as to become large in wt. per unit area on the upper side thereof and the glass nonwoven fabric large in wt. per unit area has strong stiffness and curing shrinkage can be suppressed.
