PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak of the oil outside along the peripheral surface of a boss part while preventing the abrasion of the boss part by arranging an abrasion hindering means in the boss part in a pulley made of the light alloy and having the boss part at the center thereof and provided with a rim part in the periphery of the boss part through a web part. SOLUTION: A pulley main body 10 of a pulley E is formed of a cylindrical boss part 11 provided with a crank shaft fitting hole 11a and a rim part 13 formed outward in the radial direction of the boss part 11 through a disk-like web part 12. A half part of the peripheral surface of the rim part 13 is formed with a belt groove, for example, a poly V-shaped groove 13a, and an inertia mass 7 is fitted to the other half of the peripheral surface of the rim part 13 through a press-in ring 8 and a rubber-like elastic body 9. An abrasion hindering means 30 having a cylindrical part 31 and a curved part 32 continuously welded to one end of the cylindrical part 32 and having excellent abrasion resistance and made of steel or the like is pressed into the periphery of the boss part 11 of the pulley main body 10. With this structure, abrasion of the boss part 11 is prevented, and the leak of the oil is prevented.
