PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the consumption of a resource having a limit of gasoline and atmospheric pollution caused by exhaust gas generated in association with the combustion of the resource by generating magnetic force from a device for generating magnetic force such as an electromagnet, repelling a magnetic piston disposed on a lower part of the magnetic force to generate reciprocating motion. SOLUTION: A device for generating magnetic force such as an electromagnet 2 is disposed on an upper part of a cylinder 1, and a piston 3 is disposed on a lower part of the electromagnet 2. The piston 3 is slidably connected to an upper part of a connecting rod 4, and a lower part of the connecting rod 4 is slidably connected to a crankshaft 5. The same pole of magnetic force as an upper part of the piston 3 is generated from the electromagnet 2 to the piston 3 side, the piston 3 is moved in the prescribed direction 6 by repel of magnetic force, and the connecting rod 4 is also moved in the same direction 6. A joining part of the connecting rod 4 and the crankshaft 5 is moved in the prescribed direction 7, and the crankshaft 5 is rotated in the prescribed direction 8 to obtain desired rotational force.
