PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a load capacity of a slipper bearing in a high level, downsize a structure, prevent seizure and abrasion, and improve lubricity by arranging a self-rotation stop mechanism of the slipper bearing, in a device wherein rotational motion is converted into reciprocating motion by the slipper bearing between a swash plate and a plunger. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 3 for transferring driving force of an engine to a pump is provided with a wash plate 4, and a plane surface 8b of a slipper 8 is brought into contact with the swash plate 4. An opposite side of a slipper 8 is formed in a spherical shape 8a, and oscillating motion transferred from the swash plate 4 is converted into reciprocating motion of a plunger 6 which slide in a cylinder 5. In this case, an elliptical projection part is formed on a center part of the swash plate 4, and a D-shaped cut part is formed on the slipper 8. The slipper 8 approaches the swash plate 4 comparing with the case where the cut part is not formed on the slipper 8. When the slipper 8 is self- rotated, the slipper 8 collides with a projection part of the swash plate 4 to obstruct further rotation.
