PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely prevent of the ingress of rain water or the like from sash fixing portions to a building over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Attaching fins 8 for a sash 3 are fixed to an exterior side surface 9 of a building by using fasteners 10; an upper lateral furring strip 20, lower lateral furring strip 21 and vertical furring strip are fixed with fasteners to the peripheral edges of sash-attaching opening portions 2 at exterior side surfaces 9 of the building, waterproof packing 23 is adhered under pressure to each attaching fin 8 and exterior side surfaces of the building with these furring strips, thereby definitely preventing the ingress of rain water or the like from the fasteners for sashes to the building 1 over a long period of time.
