PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control panel and a vibration control structure which is hard to act a stress on a building frame structure side even when a damper having a large attenuating capacity is used, hence, can display a high attenuating capacity while using a damper having a large damping capacity and further, which can be compactly constituted and easily equipped in a building. SOLUTION: A rigid integral square frame 4 having right and left frame membres 4a, 4b as support columns is provided in the vibration control structure. One end of a fitting frame structure 5 made of H-shaped steel members is fixed to the upper frame member 4c of the square frame 4. The square frame 4 inside of the fitting frame structure 5 is stretched dovmward in a cantilever state. The free end of the fitting frame structure 5 and the lower end of the left frame member 4a of the square frame 4 are connected to each other through an oil damper 6 to constitute a vibration control panel 3.
