PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of reinforcing material in a soundproof panel in which the reinforcing material can be fitted to a plate easily, without requiring skillfulness, and efficiently. SOLUTION: An opening edge 31 is projected inward in the lengthwise direction of a reinforcing material 3 to form a fitting groove 32 into which the head part 41 of a fitting bolt 4 is slidably inserted. The reinforcing material 3 is brought in contact with one side face of the face bar 1 of a soundproof panel, the threaded part 42 of the fitting bolt 4 inserting the head part 41 into the fitting groove 32 is inserted into the fitting hole 11 of the face bar 1, and by fastening a nut 5 the threaded part 42 from the other face side of the face bar 1, the reinforcing material 3 is fitted to the face bar 1.
