PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uncomfortable feeling due to an odor by providing a toilet apparatus which is comprised of a forced intake system for drawing an atmosphere around human waste of a user, and emits exhaust air from the forced intake system to stored water in a water storage tank. SOLUTION: An intake nozzle row 12 exhibiting a shape along the shape of a toilet seat 11 and opening inside the stool 11 is stuck to the lower surface of the toilet seat by using a double-sided tape or the like, or screwed to the lower surface of the toilet seat. Each intake nozzle 12 sequentially opens to one side of a hose and is connected to an intake hose 13. An intake device 14 is provided with a compressor or a fan for drawing air in the intake hose 13, which device carries out emission of air into an exhaust hose 17. The front end of the exhaust hose 17 is present within stored water 19 in a water storage tank 18. By allowing the exhaust air to pass in the stored water 19, an odor, noxious components, etc., are absorbed, and the air is exhausted from an upper opening of the water storage tank 18. Therefore, this toilet apparatus not only is hygienic but also eliminates anxiety which may cause uncomfortable feeling.
