PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating of building outer wall surface with uniform three layers. SOLUTION: In the coating method, when coating nozzles 1A, 1B are moved in the longitudinal and transverse directions for coating with the nozzles kept at a prescribed distance from a building outer wall surface T, upper and lower NT coating nozzles are installed. The upper and lower clearances of the NT nozzles are set up respectively to be 1/3 of the coating pattern width L of one coating nozzle to the building outer wall surface, the ascending/descending pitch of the coating nozzles is set up at LN/3, and spray coating is done when the coating nozzles are moved transversely.
