PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalytic reaction method improved in catalyst recovering property by improving reaction efficiency by atomizing the titanium dioxide being catalyst particles in liq. treatment and also making coarse grain after reaction. SOLUTION: In this liq. treating method by the catalytic reaction using ultrasonic wave, catalyst particles and the glass bead having different particle size and specific gravity from those of the catalyst particles are mixed in the liq. in a reaction tank, and the catalyst particles are atomized and dispersed by the ultrasonic wave high in frequency and also photo-oxidative reaction by photoirradiation is executed, then the particles atomized by the ultrasonic wave low in frequency is subjected to sedimentation.
