PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic resin having good anti-chemicals, processing property and impact strength is provided to apply injection molded products such as electric, electronic, office automation instruments and electric home appliances. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a thermoplastic resin having good anti-chemicals and anti-impact property according to the present invention comprises the steps: a) providing a stock solution containing 5 to 15 wt% of alkenyl aromatic compound and gum polymer dissolved therein and 5 to 20 wt% of styrenic copolymer into a first reactor and carrying out bulk polymerization; b) polymerizing under high shear stirring to convert the shape of the gum component into a dispersed particle; and c) passing to a second reactor and introducing dispersing agent, dispersion media and initiator to carry out suspension polymerization.
